WayRave has started as a party for WayRay team only to celebrate their projects and achievements, and over time it grew into a festival and a movement of like-minded people who can move the Earth with their knowledge and passion.



Every WayRave party is unique and has its own theme. We dedicate the upcoming WayRave to the “Do Deep Tech” value as it’s at the core of our approach to work and our technology and products. This value is about the importance of deep fundamental scientific research. We believe technology can save the world only if you work hard and do what others are afraid to do and have no interest in fake innovations. This is a model that contradicts the Silicon Valley model, where startup growth and hype are more important than the real benefits of technology. There are very few actual deep-tech companies in the world. In Russia, it seems like WayRay is the only one that is also a private company. We also believe that engineers and creative professionals are the elite of our society, and this is an unpopular opinion in modern Russia. These are people who create the future, and we celebrate them and aim to create the best conditions for them to work. 


So, we believe that the Do Deep Tech value is a state of mind, a way of life, a religion. Therefore, we want to make the party feel a bit like a religious cult.
